I love Uggs and my Daughters love them also! I realize that with the "New" Uggs the soles of the boots are much sturdier!

you are the greatest! It's so nice to be able to order from home knowing you will get your order in a timely manner and never have to worry about looking for a sales person and then stand in line for a cashier for ever. Your return policy is fantastic, all I have to do is return if my item doesn't fit or if it's not exactly what I want free of charge. Now that's service!

I just wanted to let everyone know that my husband and I are so impressed by your company! I ordered up my husband a set of sheepskin slippers on Saturday afternoon and they were on my porch Monday morning, you truly are a great company and he LOVES his slippers!! Very comfortable and reasonable!! Thank you so much, I will be back to order other items and would recommend you to everyone that will listen to me!!!!

I just had to write and tell you how much I love and appreciate doing business with your company. The ordering process is painless and the customer service is above and beyond anything I have ever experienced with an online company in my life.
