"Love these boots! This is my second pair of Uggs and you don't get any better for comfort and warmth than these boots. Uggs generally run about a half size large, so if you are in between sizes, I suggest ordering a half size down (i.e., if you wear a 9 1/2, order a 9). I think the reason for this is that the boot is cut very full in the width so it gives you a little extra room

You can't walk around in these for more than an hour without having very tired feet. I also don't think the insole is removable, so I can't put inserts under the insole. [...] Also, the back of mine slouched a bit when I was wearing them all day and a seam behind the heel rubbed the back of my heel, which formed a blister. I don't feel it rubbing anymore, though

These shoes are amazing & very comfortable. They also keep you warm during the cold... i wear these shoes practically every single day . They're amazing i own two pairs & if i could i would get another. i like the tall uggs because they're more me. I have tall brown & tall sandy colored ones & they are my favorite shoes. I can't live without them

I love the huge brand name collection and the availability of products. it is now the only website that I use to purchase online, and the free next week delivery incentive is a wonderful idea. However, I believe it would be a perfect PERMANENT way to say "Thank you" to all your customers!

Whatever you're doing it's working. The only way we could have gotten our son's shoes faster is if we lived across the street from a shoe store. And it would be a miracle if they had a pair he liked.
